Dalton shines on third downs

Quarterback Andy Dalton kept drives rolling with his arm on the teams’ first five third down attempts.

His first went for 60 yards and a touchdown to wide receiver Jimmy Young. The duo hooked up again in the second quarter for another score.

On the second third down attempt, pass interfernce penalty extended the drive when Dalton looked for Young on a post route.  The drive later stalled when running back Aaron Brown was stuffed on a draw play.  It was the first run attempt by the Frogs on a third down.
