TCU was given a mention last night on a new episode of the “Simpsons”.
Rev. Lovejoy’s wife said, “Oh calm down Tim, he’s just your old roomate from Texas Christian”.
Finally some recognition from the media of our school’s greatness.
It is good that TCU will get some kind of name recognition other its sports glory.
The Simpsons started in 1989 and has been one of the most watched shows since its inception.
This mention of “Texas Christian” will hopefully get more students nationally audience interested in attending our school.
At least the public will now know about TCU, even though we are sometimes referred to as “Texas Christian”.
